The DDNRC's second webinar of the 2025 fall semester was led and facilitated by Dr. Sarah Ropp, Dialogue Director of the University of Pennsylvania's SNF Paideia Program.

During this workshop, Dr. Ropp informed participants on strategies to build trust between peers for effective dialogue work. Attendees were implored to consider how to encourage dialogue across differences while still maintaining social justice principles.
